Hi, I’m Scott.

I’m a DevOps and platform engineer with 25 years in the trenches — from bare-metal deployments to orchestrating Kubernetes clusters across air-gapped realms. I build systems that scale, endure, and heal gracefully when they fail.

But underneath the CLI and YAML is a forest-dwelling soul.

I believe infrastructure should be elegant. That AI systems should be soulful. That work is not just what we produce, but how we move through the world while doing it.

• Simplicity is sacred. Complexity isn’t a virtue — it’s a tax.
• Memory matters. Systems should evolve, reflect, and remember what shaped them.
• Queer joy is revolutionary. (Even when quiet or private.)
• We can build better together. But only if we slow down enough to listen.
